Board Meeting
The December Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, December 18th at 6:30 pm. Please note that this is a change.
In January 2025 Board Meetings will return to the usual schedule, the second Tuesday of each month.
Our monthly Board meetings include the following Agenda items:
- Treasurer Report of Financials
- Plot Reports
- Ratification of previous meeting minutes by Board
- Plant Sale Reports
- Updates on New Website (coming soon)
- Updates on data consolidation and MS365/OneDrive
- Community Engagement Updates on coming events etc.
- Matters of Business: This includes any outstanding items and can vary based on the projects that need completion or upcoming needs.
